Our MULINK Fixed Retainer package is designed for those businesses which need a helping hand to get going.

Within this plan you will purchase a fixed number of hours of IT Support each month. The hours can can be used for both onsite and remote support.
In return, you will get priority support and quick response times for getting your IT issues resolved. If you go over the quota of fixed hours, we will charge you at a fixed rate as per your package.

To help us work out how many hours of support your IT Systems will require each month, we sit with you, understand the present IT issues and if needed audit your IT systems.
This part of the pocess is important for us to understand what all systems and processes are critical to your business, so that we can dedicate some hours towards proactive maintenance of such systems.
We try to cover all major aspects of maintenance such as Server updates, antivirus updates and monitoring of backups.

Ofcourse, if you would like a service to be included in your plan, we can add it at a cost.
Our fixed retainer packages start at a minimum of 10 hours of IT support each month.
